What the prices include
Rooms
Prices shown are per person per day, including half board (breakfast buffet and evening menu). All included amenities — including pools, saunas, the fitness room, and more — are complimentary.
Apartments
Prices are per unit per day, without meals. Breakfast and our bread delivery service can be added at any time. All included services are, of course, also available to you.
Local tax
Charged per person (aged 14+) per day: €3.00 per night (apartment and hotel guests).

Cancellation policy
We believe guests come to us because they truly want to. That’s why we don’t enforce strict cancellation policies. If you need to postpone your holiday for serious reasons, we trust that you’ll be happy to return at a later date. In the case of early departure, this is only expected in exceptional circumstances. For larger groups, individual arrangements may apply.
Payment methods
Payment can be made in advance via bank transfer or on site in cash (EUR, USD, CHF, or other bank-recognised currencies at the daily exchange rate), by cheque, or by debit card, Mastercard, or Visa.
Important note
In case of early departure, unused days will be charged.
Arrival & departure
Check-in: The rooms are ready for occupancy in the early afternoon.
If you arrive on a Wednesday, please note that the restaurant is closed and the reception is not staffed from 12am to 6pm. Dinner takes place as usual at 7pm.
Check-out: We kindly ask you to vacate your room or apartment by 11am on the day of departure.
Catering for holiday apartments
We offer our apartment guests the option of a bread roll service (from 7:30am). The breakfast buffet can also be added if desired.
Pets
Dogs are warmly welcome on request. We charge €14.00 per day without food. We kindly ask you to bring your own dog blanket.
Parking
Free parking is available around the hotel. If you would prefer to park your car or motorbike in our underground garage, this is possible for an additional charge.
